At Wildwood Pages, each notebook is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Due to the nature of our small-batch and personalised products, please read our return policy carefully.


❌ Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item selected

  • Spelling mistakes provided by the customer during personalisation


📝 Personalised Orders

All customisation will be printed exactly as entered by the customer at checkout.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for customer-provided errors (including typos, incorrect names, or formatting).

Please double-check spelling and details carefully before submitting your order.


📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at tash@wildwoodpages.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll assess and offer a suitable solution — such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.


🚚 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post, it is out of our direct control. However, we’re happy to help with tracking and follow-up.


⚠️ Refund Eligibility Summary

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damage

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The issue was not caused by incorrect information provided during personalisation

Return shipping (if required) may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

Can I customise my notebook?
Yes! We offer personalisation on select products. Please make sure all names, spellings, and formatting are exactly as you want them — what you enter is what we print.


What if I made a typo in the personalisation?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for customer-provided spelling errors or incorrect information. Please double-check everything before placing your order. Email tash@wildwoodpages.com.au ASAP but no guarantees can be made if the order has been processed.
